The FMS Alliance is a shared administrative coordination structure supporting three independent junior football leagues across Frankston, the Mornington Peninsula and Melbourne's south east.

Each league retains its own governance, competition control and local decision-making. The Alliance coordinates shared administration, procurement and commercial opportunities on their behalf.
